Property Administrator / Consultant

To assist & build strong relationship with unit owners, brokers & bldg admin personnel.To get new listings from time to time. To accompany clients when viewing properties with your Chinese co-workers.To service the needs of existing clients & maintain after sales service. Coordinate with building admin on all issues regarding new tenants, work permits, gate pass, move in & move out. Complete related paper work in accurate & timely manner. Performs other duties & functions as may be assigned.Good verbal and written communication skills.A graduate of any 2 or 4 years course.Applicants must be willing to work in Makati Can start immediately preferable Receive fixed salary P10,000 - P20,000 for probation period Receive incentives after probation period Office hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:30 pm) Saturday (9:00 am to 4:30 pm)
