Job Description
• Ensured all transactions are properly endorsed.
• All calls are handled professionally using appropriate business etiquette to the utmost professional care.
• Requests are taken care within the day which includes changes and complaints.
• Additional to daily duties, the agent will be assigned to certain queuing management responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Have knowledge in operating any ticketing system is a plus.
• Good Communication skills (both oral and written)
