Account Receivable Specialist

Job Description:
Make daily collection calls Conduct account research and analysis Prepare and maintain various reports Maintain an accurate aging report Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments Send statement to outstanding customers Reconcile A/R to the G/L Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy Certified Public Accountant license holder is an advantage 1 years experience in AR can substitute for educational requirement Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills Experience with customer service and client communication Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheets Familiarity with SAP accounting program
