MEASURES OF SUCCESS
In three months:
Have an understanding of the client’s brand portfolio
Attend briefings with Accounts team
Generate creative ideas together with the copywriters and Creative Director
Familiarization of clearances and creative timelines
In six months:
Attend shoots with Content Producer to ensure all creative materials are aligned with client objectives
Thorough understanding of the creative timelines and clearance process
In twelve months:
Generate at least 1 award winning creative campaign
Ensure the smooth progress of different campaigns running, should something not be performing well, come up with solutions to improve the campaigns.
Responsibilities of the role:
You will take briefs from Accounts team and ensure timely delivery of digital assets
You will manage timelines and processes with Creative Team, Insights Team and Media Team
