Job Description:
Job Summary: Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for managing all activities associated with Call Center operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems.


Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and implements process and/or operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations Establishes and implements performance and service standards Supports in the performance management and staff development of call center department Provides direction and guidance to guarantee consistent achievement of key performance metrics Ensures that calls, emails and chats are handled professionally and customer’s complaints/issues are being address properly Prepares and keeps records, monthly reports and other documents related to call center operations Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of a bachelor's degree in any field Knowledge: At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a BPO setting Technical Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Soft Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, keen to details, comfort with technology, demonstrated interpersonal, coaching and supervisory skills Attitude: Ability to learn and adapt in a startup environment, hungry to learn, drive to be a team player, has a positive and upbeat attitude Willing to work in Haig, Mandaluyong City and/or General Trias, Cavite
