We’ve had amazing success at Tanda through plenty of hard work and dedication. However, we also need to look for ways to work smarter, and 10x our outcomes. We think our biggest opportunity to 10x our leads fast is by rapidly increasing site traffic with both organic and paid initiatives. This is an area that we have underutilised in the past but are looking to capitalise on going forward.
The Role The SEO/SEM Manager role is ultimately about getting more people to see and use Tanda. Those that use Tanda are one step closer to workforce success, and this will allow us to achieve our vision of a world where meaningful, productive employment is available to everyone.
On a day to day level, the key focuses are increasing our organic rankings in all target markets (US, UK, AU) as rapidly as possible to drive an increase in revenue. Your responsibilities include:
Develop an organic marketing strategy to position Tanda for significant lead generation improvement in all three target countries. Coordinating with other members of the team to focus our efforts on increasing traffic. E.g. working with the content team on the type and quantity of content we need to be producing and sharing. Build links in all markets to relevant pages. Identify and help execute improvements to website that will have an immediate impact. Create an outreach “engine” that will greatly expedite the returns of future content, once implemented. Make Tanda THE dominant search player for time/roster management in the US, UK, and AU. Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications Must hold a bachelor’s degree. Must have at least 3 years of experience. Familiarity with digital marketing tools. Excellent English communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
