Nursing Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:Perform routine tasks under the supervision of registered nurse, but not limited to:- Delivers basic health services to employees without delay.- Provides immediate emergency care inside company premises.- Ensures that all injured or concerned employee is taken cared of from medical assistance to submission of documents related thereto.- Measure vital signs like blood pressure and temperature- Maintains strict confidentiality regarding employee's medical records.- Delivers high quality of nursing assistance to injured or unwell employees inside company premises.- Assists the implementation of health and safety programs and health announces without delay.ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:- Initiates full support in the implementation of Company Health Protocols and Guidelines, and other tasks given without delay.- Works effectively under pressure.- Other duties that may arise from time to time.**Work Experience**- At least 6 months experience in Medical Field.**Academic Background**- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and/or vocational health aide course**Competency Profile**- Computer literate- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Good planning and priority setting skills.- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Employee discount- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employee- Staff meals providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
