What you can expect
10% HIGHER EARNINGS than on other online ESL platforms
A starting hourly rate of Php108, plus a chance to advance to as high as Php200 hourly

What we ask of you
Conduct a 25-minute, one-on-one English lessons to Chinese learners online
Prepare company-provided teaching materials before the lesson starts
Provide corrective feedback during the lesson
Create a lesson memo at the end of each lesson

Schedule
25 minute Lessons
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Beijing Time (weekdays: Mondays to Fridays)
9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Beijing Time (weekends: Saturdays to Sundays)

Requirements:
Do you have?
Bachelor’s degree is required
Proficiency in speaking the English language with a neutral accent
NBI clearance, and 1 government-issued ID are required

?Technical Requirements
A desktop or laptop
Operating System: Windows 7 or above or Macs
CPU: Intel Core i3 6th gen and above / i5 to i7 4th gen and up / AMD A Series A8 7500 and above / AMD Ryzen
Memory: At least 4GB of RAM with a minimum of 100GB free hard disk space available
A headset with an extended microphone and noise-cancelling features
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam (with at least 720p resolution)
A wired DSL Internet connection of at least 5 Mbps (LTE, USB sticks & wireless connections are NOT allowed)
