Job Responsibilities:- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies**Job Qualifications**:- Must high school graduate- With or without BPO experience- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills- Can do onsite work in Davao**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Junior High School (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
