Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
drive business growth in IGT. You are expected to demonstrate strong leadership skill and capability of driving much more aggressive growth through a high performing team. Also you will prepare new business pipeline and provide assistance to new business development initiatives. Meanwhile, You will lead the team to build high brand image and loyalty amongst our customers and establish a solid business foundation in terms of market access and channel capability
You are responsible for
Develop strategies and drive business growth in new value space
Build new business model in integrating new technologies into the hospital
Coordinate external business process connections with business partners
Identify business opportunities in the new value space
Conducting high quality, fact-based business analysis and derive valuable management insight.
Formulating actionable strategy recommendations, and work side by side with business team to build, test and articulate key business recommendation.
You are a part of
Image Guided Therapy team, which lies in the Diagnosis and Therapy segments of the Philips Healthcare Continuum. Our team culture is about learning and growing together in a time where there is a bright future ahead of us. You will base in Beijing, report to BM&S Leader, IGT.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
More than 10 years sales & marketing experience in related industries in multi-national companies.
Strong understanding and profound industry experience
Strong strategic thinking and marketing orientation
Strong interpersonal skills and influential abilities
Good communication skills and adept at stakeholder management
