As Network Security Specialist in the Network Security Operations department, you work together with your colleagues from Network Operations Core, and Network Operations Customer to Solve Incidents, implement Changes, and Service request in respect to existing network and security solutions on all our customer.
You will support both customer networks and internal systems, and you will help refine Aeven's network operations by trimming and optimizing our existing services to both our internal and external customers.
As an experienced Network Security Specialist, you help keeping us at the forefront of knowledge about the technological developments in the security networking area and together with your colleagues, you contribute actively to the development, optimization, automation, quality assurance, documentation and operation of our network solutions.
You work with a wide variety of network technologies and your responsibilities include:
· Cisco ASA, Cisco Meraki, Firepower, Zscaler & Palo Alto
· Cisco ISE/ACS, RSA
· RA VPN, L2LVPN
· Network recovery, operation development and enhancement
· Optimization, automation, and quality assurance
· 2 and 3rd level troubleshooting
· End to End connectivity
Qualifications You are passionate about Security and Operations in general You love working across multiple technologies in the network arear Experience with Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, ZScaler, ISE/ACS, SMS passcode, RSA, Meraki, You have worked with the operation of larger networks for a minimum of 3 years and have a proven record in Security technologies within Cisco networks. You have knowledge of Cisco ACS and ISE technologies, and have worked with/ implemented and operated Cisco ASA, VPN, SMS passcode, Firepower or similar technologies. You must be conscientious to our customers and a good team player for your colleagues. You have experience with Cisco networking products in either routing, switching or security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.). Certifications in the field are an advantage. Amenable to work shifting schedule, holidays and weekend work. We are organized according to ITIL, so you must be prepared to work in a process-structured company with clear requirements for documentation, approval and implementation of changes etc. in large, shared environments.
