Oversees the day-to-day water and wastewater operations of the company within the bounds of its rules, regulations, policies, and applicable laws to ensure the operationsof the company's water production and network assets as well as its wastewater treatment and sewerage network assets are under acceptable industry standards and practices.- Ensures consistent availability of potable water supply and compliance with health and environmental regulatory standards through the implementation of established network operational procedures as prescribed by LWC's operations manual for the company's facilities, deepwells, pumps, chlorine dosing facility, water networks, gensets, etc.- Attends and responds to locator concerns about service-related issues.- Provides regular monitoring and timely recording of various operating parameters of LWC's water facilities and network assets.- Performs initial diagnosis and provides a proposed course of action in case of service-related incidents.- Performs both preventive maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment and emergency repair works as instructed by management.- Conducts water meter reading monthly, or whenever necessary, for the monitoring of locators' consumption.- Prepares documentation for the purchase of required supplies.- Develops, improve, and document standard designs for the installation and operations of LWC's various network assets.- Achieves compliance with LWC health and safety policies and procedures to achieve minimum work-related incidents and improve the company's health and safety performance.- Facilitates and conducts the installation of temporary and permanent connections applied for by the locators.- Supervises vendors and contractors executing various LWC projects and other initiatives.STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT- Communicates with Locator's Representative/s, consultants, and suppliers/vendors to establish and maintain the external network- Maintains stakeholder relationships with significant and relevant entities to keep the trust of the community in the company- Promotes the company's commitment to the community and environment and observes the company's core values and acts under its policies and procedures to keep the reputation of the company**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Lipa, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Water Treatment Plant operations: 3 years (preferred)
