SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Responsible for ensuring that the company's sales objectives across all regions in the countryare met.2. Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterlyor annual basis.3. Responsible for leading the sales team. Suggest manpower requirements, conduct performancereview and propose reward activities for the sales team.3.1 Create and implement a comprehensive sales training program within a certain time frame thatwill keep the sales team at the forefront of the industry and help each salesperson to reach theirgoal.3.2 Lead (daily, weekly, monthly) sales meetings. Provide new and innovative training for the salesteam.4. Ensure sufficient supply and demand of goods. Set Competitive pricing and provide discountsas well as records data about sales trends in individual territories. Works with distributors anddealers to establish proper displays, product knowledge and create strategies for the business.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:• Graduate of any Business Course• At least 3 solid years in FMCG• At least 5 years as a ManagerSCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:• On site• Schedule is Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
