National Sales Manager (Fmcg)

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
With field sales experience managing a territory or or area management; or a modern trade or key accounts management, from the FMCG industry
Proven excellent management track record; have led or is leading a team of at least 4-6 direct reports; effective leadership and interpersonal skills;
High energy, driven and results-oriented; innovative; with entrepreneurial mind set
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; highly analytical;
Experience in related sales function like Selling Systems and Training, Trade Channel Marketing, working in a multi-cultural setting or with different nationalities added advantage
Willing to be deployed outside the country (SEA)
