QUALIFICATIONAt least 2-3 years Vocational/Trade/Technical CollegeMust have strong interpersonal skills.Must have customer service skills.Willing to work on weekends, holidays, shift schedules.Can start ASAP.Willing to work in Silang, CaviteJOB DESCRIPTION1.Supervises the Starters and Marshals to ensure that they carry tasks effectively.2.Checks the course if the markers and pins are properly attended to.3.Regulates the pace of play in the course.4.Trains the Starters and Marshals about golf rules and regulations.5.Attends on members' complaints inside the course.6.Performs course staking and ensures that the golf courses are properly marked and defined.7.Monitors the course activities to ensure a coordinated and well-regulated flow of play throughout the day.8.Reports all incidents inside the course.9.Performs related tasks that may be assigned by the Asst. Golf Operations Manager.10.Supervises all preparations required by tournament organizers within the golf course.11.Coordinates regularly with the Caddie Master as to the performance of the caddies.
