Marketing Services Officer

Job Description:
The Marketing Services Officer is responsible for the development of all marketing-related materials for various types of clients (relationship officers, institutional and retail investors). He/she shall provide innovative ways to send the desired messages to the targeted audience through various marketing initiatives.


Duties and Responsibilities: Develop various marketing materials and presentation materials for the frontline Monitor and ensure the production of regular marketing materials (e.g. KIIDS, fund fact sheets, quarterly houseview) and release on or before the target dates Update corporate presentations, product, investment process, industry updates, performance slides and other customized presentations that may be needed Develop and produce primers and term sheets both suitable for retail and institutional investors. Monitor and handle various communication platforms like social media. Stay abreast of developments regarding competitor strategies, brands, sales, campaigns, products and position in the market and identify trends in the industry Comply with regulatory requirements, company and group policies; maintain compliance awareness Minimum Qualifications:
Competencies required: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant rules and regulations of the financial markets, asset management and trust industries Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Marketing-oriented, quick thinker, creative Detail oriented Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Photoshop and other-related software High level of integrity Education and experience required: A minimum of 3 years work experience in the fields of banking or asset management, particularly in the function of marketing services; Relevant educational qualifications, preferably a university degree in business or finance-related subject
