Marketing & Events Coordinator

Job Description:
The successful candidate is expected to:


Liaise between Salcedo Auctions and all other parties involved in the planning/execution of events and exhibitions (event venues, events stylist, logistics, MACEA, APMC, etc.) Manage and supervise event logistics:
Prepare permits / forms for ingress / egress Supervise ingress/egress Manage schedule of logistics Liaise with different event suppliers/contact suppliers as needed Assist in mounting any and all marketing initiatives that involve fabrication and physical setups Coordinate with security agency for each event Ensure the seamless and timely execution of all events related to auctions:
Media preview / get-togethers Co-branded dinners Preview vernissage #salcedosays lectures Update Management and marketing regularly on status and progress of event executions If necessary, assist the marketing team in client interfacing and social media initiatives Minimum Qualifications:
The Events Coordinator must be:


Detail-oriented Efficient Resourceful Able to meet tight deadlines Flexible -- can adjust priorities depending on the situation Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills
