Marketing Coordinator

Description:
Marketing Coordinators assist the marketing department with its initiatives and programs. Their responsibilities can vary greatly depending on the company. Tasks may include: coordinating marketing and community events, assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns, creating original content, and conducting market research. Creativity is one of the most important skills for marketing coordinators, and a typical marketing coordinator also has excellent project management and communication skills.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising or any business related course.
· 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing
· Past work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
· Experience with research using data analytics software
· Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
· Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
· Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
· Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
· Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
· Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
· Must have a high level of creativity
· Occasional travel may be required
· Able to maintain stable performance despite work pressures and/ or oppositions.
· Has high degree of self-confidence and maturity and projects a strong sense of leadership.
· Shows sense of initiative and organization
· Understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customer’s wishes.
· Ability to produce innovative and organizational ideas.
· Consumer knowledge: demonstrate knowledge of current consumer and industry behavior, trends, attitudes and preferences and needs.
· Knowledge in quick service restaurants (QSR) and production processes is an advantage.
· Knowledge of principles and practices in food safety system (HACCP).
· Knowledge in profit and lost statement
