Marketing Assistant

Job Description:
Assist in developing and executing the company’s strategic marketing plan. Creating graphics, GIFs and videos for the company (includes for HR, for Sales, for Social Media, OOH Signages, Facility Signage, and Promotional Signage / Softwares: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Creating HTML pages for Sitelink and Emails Doing minor changes to the Loc&Stor 24/7 website (Wordpress, HTML, CSS) Assist in conceptualizing marketing campaigns and promotions. Conduct market research and competitive survey. Prepare periodic (weekly, monthly, annually) marketing reports. Update and monitor all company social media and internet assets. Update and maintain company website content. Analyze relevant data gathered from periodic reports and provide recommendations. Assist in monitoring the marketing budget. Coordinate with suppliers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams. Conceptualize and create graphic designs for marketing collaterals. Accomplish all day-to-day administrative tasks relevant to marketing. Support all relevant tasks undertaken by the Marketing Department. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required skill(s): copywriting, presentation and excellent communication skills. Strong analytical, planning skills, organized, proactive and result oriented. Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software Exceptional creativity and innovation Accuracy and attention to detail An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
