Details of the offer

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Generate sales leads for Marketing and Sales Associates from directories, membership lists, etc., on print and online
2. Have a thorough knowledge of pricing and sales procedures to ensure sales documents are accurate
3. Prepare and submit sales quotations for approval of the Supervisor/Manager
4. Prepare sales documentation (e.g., billing invoices, delivery receipts, etc.)
5. Input and ensure completeness and accuracy of sales transaction details in the client database
6. Assist in marketing and sales activities such as telemarketing, attendance in conventions and seminars, and other related activities
7. Disseminate and distribute approved product information, promotions, and paraphernalia to clients
8. Perform after-sale support services, as necessary, including delivery and installation of products, and training of users
9. Coordinate with Customer Service Division personnel on the creation and/or updating of client information and on service requests
10. Strictly comply with policies, and coordinate with AFD, regarding sales documentation, collection of payments and settlement of accounts receivable
11. Regularly solicit client comments and feedback and submit the same to the Supervisor or Manager for action
12. Have custody, and ensure availability, of office supplies in the Department
13. Perform duties related to the foregoing which may be assigned from time to time.
