• Proactively monitor the health of the cryptographic services infrastructure (24x7)
• Log any incidents into Service Now, with sufficient details and take the necessary actions to resolve it routing the case promptly to the next level
• Answer how to inquiries for services users referring them to the
“How to” documentation
• Update documentation when required
• Constantly update knowledge and skills required for the job

Requirements:

? Can speak, read and write MANDARIN language
? Open to Filipino, Native speakers and Filipino-Chinese
? Graduate of IT Course and any Engineering or any relevant courses
? Skills needed CCNA, Mandarin Language, JIRA, LINUX, Tomcat
? 3 years of working experience
? Preferably with certificate
