Job Description: Manage core operations such as resourcing/staffing, recruitment, limited financial processes depending on current authority, project deliveries, strategic operational plans, establishing and accomplishing company goals or KRAs. - Handles both Manufacturing and Engineering team. OPERATIONS Monitor, plan, and add resource requirements as driven by business demands, both manpower and equipment. Ensure products are delivered on time while meeting the company metrics such as quantity, cycle time, and OCD (original commitment date), and doing so at cost-effective means. Work on continuous improvement of company metrics. Coach, counsel, and perform performance appraisals. COMMUNICATION Ability to liaise between multi-cultural groups, between local operations and business unit counterparts. Do the same monitoring and coordination with subcon and subcon ops. Good vocal communication with good ability to understand and interpret spoken information.
