Maintenance Supervisor (Tarlac)

Job Summary:Assist and monitor the electrical, technical or any maintenance aspect, and environmental compliance of the Feedmill Plant and that everything is in good working condition and plant hygiene.Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment (W/M)
Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspects belts, check fuild levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, seals, etc. repairs or replaces broken parts.(W/M)
Clean and inspect boiler, freezer; treats water with proper chemicals (D)
Complete daily, weekly and monthly checkists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures (D/W/M)
Install electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed (W/M)
Repair electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty electrical switches;
Respond to emergency maintenance and safety requests as required (D/W)
Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures (D)
May obtain estimate for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed (D/W)
Ensures the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the Feedmill Plant
To apply & comply with environmental regulations as plant pollution control officer (PCO)
Willing to be assigned in Bamban Tarlac

QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
