Maintenance Staff

Job descriptionMaintence staff **fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines**. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.**MAINTENANCE QUALIFICATIONS**1. At least with background or graduate on electrical course2. At least with job experience (electrical works: maintenance work / construction )3. Can trouble shoot electrical problem (PANEL BOARDS, CIRCUIT BREAKERS, WIRES)4. Can repair minor electrical problem / trouble5. At least can read plan / compute electrical loadings6. Can read electrical meter**Plus Points**:1. Has knowledge on aircon system / aircon maintenance2. Can do other job (Minor : carpentry / painting / plumbing).3.
