Key Result Areas:- Ensure all documents are assigned and properly filed and kept.- Record accountable documents or forms and other pertinent documents under Isla LPG Corporation- Issue accountable forms to customers/clients upon required- Religiously monitor discrepancies and variances- Case Management - Bulk accounts- Check the final Schedule of RTE's if all customers are included based on Draft- Advise customers ETA based on final schedule of RTE's- Plan and Send Draft of Optimus deliveries- Monitor Night Deliveries for Bulk and NADS (For Night Shifts)- Post of SO and TO under truck bin. Send the PSS/PTS to respective Plants- Print of Invoices- Double check of Invoices- Send of updated Invoices Report (Unbilled, Printed and SREF)- Check of previous transactions of bulk deliveries per day- Input all information's of bulk transactions to Manual Monitoring for back up checking- Download and filter bulk transactions via NAV- Identify Quantity Posted via NAV- Confirmed unloaded quantity via DN and FAST- Define all SO that will be go to SRO or additional SO- Creating SO/SRO- Adhere Sodexo's way of Service Standards- HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Compliant- Perform other functions as may be deemed by the Contract ManagerHide**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Company events- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- Rotational shift- Shift systemSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
