Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
This key position is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials of DITO, making sure that the right number of goods and materials ordered are moved to the right locations and to the right person at the scheduled time (outbound-last mile). In addition, is the support of governance, administrative, and operational functions of DITO's warehousing and distribution needs. This position will be ensuring that business operational processes, guidelines, and policies are in place with DITO and the partner vendors. The reporting line will be to the Logistics Manager.
Functions Daily activities involve processing of all orders across all channels (Offline, B2C, Postpaid, FWA, etc.). This includes monitoring of orders not passed through the system due to different issues. Properly flag the issues to concerned parties until a timely resolution is done. To ensure that all orders received in the DITO System and App are forwarded to LBC and J&T. To check if all the orders received for the day are dispatched on time by the TPL. Monitoring all order transactions and keeping the system order data consistent with physical orders. Monitors all types of orders including special projects and sale campaigns. Monitoring all distribution transactions of B2B (bulk retail orders) & B2C (online/e-commerce transactions) and updates on its delivery milestones. Prepares KPI Reports and analyzes performance gaps. Prepares KPI Reports for Non-FG Items Prepares the TPL Performance Appraisal Managing and controlling Order Processing and continuously improving its process and operation efficiency. Includes planning, data analysis (goods movement), and coordination with Product Innovation, Brand, and Sales teams on stock forecasting. Involvement in cross-functional teams in DITO for projects and continuous improvement; business process management, dashboards, management, and partners reporting. Attends and provides feedback if necessary to queries/concerns from other departments regarding the status of orders, SOH availability, delivery schedule, etc.) Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time by his superiors. Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, and/or Engineering and relevant formal academic Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to 5+ years. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Adept exposure in Project management and simultaneous campaigns Firm grasp of the supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles Exposure to cross-functional roles, handling 3PLs and vendors Working knowledge of logistics (Transport Management System) programs & software Knowledge in Inventory Management Preferred:
Work experience in Telco, Device, Technology or FMCG company, e-Commerce.
