Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.- Receives products and coordinates delay.- Prepare loads for shipment.- Takes steps to avoid quality issues.- Make sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.- Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.- Oversees inventories of goods and vehicle.- Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible.- Streamlines shipping and transportation processes.- Update report all data or details, transaction to Logistics Head.Qualification:- At least College Graduate- Computer literate, with basic knowledge in logistics procedures and documentation process- Good in documentation- ISO 9001:2015, with knowledge in Planning and Control**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- OvertimeSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay
