Logistics Associate

**Logistic Associate **shall help the company build successful and efficient supply chain and logistics business operations. As a Logistics Associate your responsibilities are to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all logistic processes are running smoothly and promptly.**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:- Oversee importation, logistics, transportation and warehouse activities- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders - book inbound and outbound pick up and maintain monitoring files to properly track goods and shipments- Check Billing Invoices- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.- Recommend strategies that would improve the productivity and profitability- Collaborate closely with different internal Departments such as: Merchandising, Warehouse, Marketing, Sales- Create and manage budgets- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company events- Employee discount- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- 10 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payApplication Question(s):- Are you amenable to travel in Quezon City (near Gilmore station in LRT 2)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Logistics Activities: 1 year (preferred)- Monitoring of shipments and roving: 1 year (preferred)- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
