Logistics Assistant | Mid Shift

Job Description:
Assist in monitoring deliveries and coordinating with Sales and clients about delivery inquiries Assist in managing and monitoring fleet performance Prepare all necessary documents for dispatching, making sure all are accurate. Update and maintain Delivery Disposition Report Ensure proper documentation of delivery receipts thru scanning and filing Ensure all collections from pick up orders and deliveries are complete Performs other related work that may be assigned Schedule Mid-shift (6pm to 2am) Mondays to Saturdays Learning Opportunities: You will have an opportunity to learn the end to end process of logistics You will have an opportunity to build network with external trucking companies You will develop proficiency on Quickbooks You wll learn about the Frozen Food Industry

Minimum Qualifications:
Fresh Graduate of any course or has a few years of working experience Has strong organizational skills Calm, Structured, detail- oriented, diligent, and reliable Highly motivated, self-driven, disciplined, and assertive Fast learner Having knowledge about trucks, truck maintenance, and traffic rules is a plus.
