Logistic Associate

Responsibilities- Direct, optimize, and coordinate a full order cycle.- Create a system of organizing, and monitoring storage and distribution of products- Ensure that proper tracking of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times is in place- Monitors the loading and dispatching process of the warehouse- Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, operational and personnel policies and procedures.- Ensures and maintains security of all trade and non-trade items and other miscellaneous items in the warehouse and to remain in good order and conditionQualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Experience in databases and spreadsheets.- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in similar role- With experience working in the construction industry- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizing skills- Has good interpersonal relationship skills**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Marikina City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Logistic Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
