Perform cold calls to arrange appointment and input information to assigned CRM system
Review initial loan approval and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation
Collect all required documentation for the loan package and work out potential borrower’s capacities
Create a loan submission package from the client
Submit complete files necessary for client review
Satisfy all conditions once application has been received
Ensure that approval falls within the established lending guidelines
Communicate with other professionals, including banks personnel, attorneys, etc.
Manage all client information to the system provided, including but not limited to uploading, encoding, etc.
General clerical task, such as converting emails and documents to PDFs, manages email accounts, audit files, merging of documents from Excel to Word document, sending emails and updating information into databases, properly files documents, updates various processes, etc.
Other related-tasks that may be assigned by client
Minimum Requirements:At least two (2) years of work-related experience or fresh graduates with competitive internship experience
Preferably but not required Bachelor of Accountancy or other related courses
High-level of initiative, suggests process improvements
Excellent written and spoken English
Intermediate to advance skills in the use of Microsoft Office
High accuracy in data entry of information with high attention to details
Keen to learn new concepts quickly and independently
Highly motivated with exceptional work ethic and client focus
Strong time management skills and able to work within frames
