Job Description Actively engaged in exception processing, data entry, record keeping, and/or data maintenance.
Responsible for ensuring proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures.
May use PC based software packages for word processing, spread sheets, etc.
Primary duties include reviewing loan / mortgage documents to validate information listed on the servicing system for accuracy.
Assisting the preparation, assessment & submission of? loan applications
Verify entered customer and account data for? review, correction, deletion, or re-enter
Ensure the correct rate and product is implemented once a client chooses an option
Accurately input information received from lenders
Manage multiple demands and competing priorities
Conduct interviews to assess client eligibility for loans or mortgages
Submit files to the designated Underwriter
? ? ? ? Job Qualifications:
Mortgage experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to comprehend the data being entered and why it is being entered?
Should learn new computer programs quickly
Comfortable with learning and working on fairly complex tasks
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree
Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills
Strong written and verbal English proficiency
Candidate should have internet connection at home (required internet speed: 20 mbps and above).
Proficient typing skills (40-50 WPM)
