Job Description:
Process LTO registrations of newly acquired vehicles and renewal of existing units efficiently. Process and pay registration fees of vehicles promptly. Closed coordination to equipment Dept. /projects in securing LTO requirements in the registration of equipment and monitoring status & location of vehicles. Responsible in reporting storage/ junk vehicles to LTO for cancellation/deletion of LTO registrations. Liaising with Management and any department that needs support in processing/submitting or securing any documents required for, from any Gov’t offices, suppliers of customers as arises in an efficient timely manner. Plan efficient routes prior to setting out missions on delivery of external business related transactions. Responsible for processing and payment of realty tax, mayor permits and other permits &licenses. Timely submission of all reportorial requirements. Conduct necessary research for the betterment of the position and its objectives. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field At least 1 year related experience High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; Creative, forward thinker. Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.
