The Liaison Officer is responsible for handling all general administrative functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with various banks and government agencies in processing payments and any documentation required by the office
Supervise maintenance, repairs, and deliveries in the units
Collect utility bills and statement of accounts in all properties handled
Ensure that all records and files are properly managed for easy retrieval.
Qualifications:
Excellent problem-solving skills
Interest in field work
Resourceful
Good in communication and negotiation skills
Candidate with a vocational diploma, short-course certificate or college undergraduate of any field is welcome to apply
Preferably male with a motorcycle for easy transportation
