Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and responsive legal research, review, advice, and/or documentation to the Legal Division and its Departments of the company.
• Coordinate and collaborate with various agencies of government.
• Manage various litigation and pre-litigation cases involving or related to the Company.
• Assist the AVP and VP.
Qualifications:
• With Professional License (Bar Exam passer).
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Political Science Legal Management or equivalent and must have completed units in Law.
• At least 4-5 years work experience in the practice of law, in the areas of, but not limited to, corporate law, litigation, labor law, civil law, and/or taxation.
• Preferably with at least 2-3 years work experience in a reputable law firm.
• With good people and communication skills.
