_**Duties and Responsibilities**:_- Commercial and residential real estate transactions - drafting and full process of legal documents in the areas of purchase, sale from opening to closing file;- Review purchase and sale contracts, builder's contracts, financing documents, leases and Land Titles documents;- Provide support for acquisitions and sales of: commercial properties, condominium developments, financing transactions, and land development;- Prepares and revises various legal documents which includes but are not limited to: Contract of Lease, Amendment of contract of lease, Memorandum of Agreement, Addendum to contract of lease, Special Power of Attorney;- Examine and performs due diligence on documents submitted by lessor's needed for the preparation of contract amendments and performs coordination with lessor if necessary;- Conduct legal research and legal analysis related to any issues that the company may be facing;- Helps the company in its permits and licenses concerns from time to time;- Performs liaison works with national and local government agencies and other external parties whenever necessary;- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.- **Qualifications**:_- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Law or equivalent;- At least 1 year working experience in related field;- Required skill(s): Contract review, Contract drafting, Corporate Compliance, Corporate secretarial, Corporate Laws;- Strong experience in Real Estate Law, Contracts and other legal documents;- Very keen to details;- Very good communications and interpersonal skills;- Proficient in MS Office;- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
