Leasing Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible in conducting competitive checks and bench marking to obtain current trends and competing lease rates
2. Ensures completeness, accuracy and timely submission of government compliance
3. Effectively work hand on hand with Leasing Assistant Manager in improving and maximizing the occupancy of the building
4. Ensures proper accounting of charges be imposed to lessee before and after the lease period.
5. Ensures timely and accurate submission of listing inventory to finance department on a monthly basis.
6. Effectively negotiate renewal of lease and implementation of its terms and condition.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

1. College Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Marketing or equivalent
2. At least three (3) years working experience specializing Property Management/ Real Estate
3. Knowledge in SAP and other Property Management Software; Knowledge in MS Office
