A Work at Home Trainer works with Recruiting and Operations to identify training requirements and provide plans for training new and existing employees. A Trainer must be familiar with instructional methods, eLearning instructional design experience, coaching and skill development. They use these skills to support the rest of the team and ensure all work from home employees are working efficiently and to company standards.To be successful it is helpful to have an understanding of restaurant industry and specifically take-out orders. Experience working with American clients.
