Learning And Development Manager

Assist in the creation, implementation and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel's goals and strategic plan- Conduct annual training needs analysis and coordinate with department managers to help identify training opportunities for their team members- Initiate, coordinate, deliver and follow-up on all training activities within the hotel- Actively initiate relationships and partnerships with industry associations, external training companies and academic counsels related to the hospitality industry- Maintain an ongoing Training Calendar to ensure learning resources and opportunities are maximized- Assist with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and standards- Prepare and submit training reports**Work Experience**- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management- Minimum 3 years of training/facilitation experience is a plus- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint**Benefits**- Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels worldwide.- Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor.- Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world!- Ability to contribute to local community and make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21.
