>To oversee, verify, review and control QC/QA//Micro/food safety/ health & Safety activities per shift ensuring the manufacture of high standard products for the consumers according to ISO2200/ISO 14000/ISO25000/ SFDA/SASO/ Modon and pure beverage in line with Quality Management System strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
? Masters / bachelor’s in food science / Engineering science or equivalent, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Medical Technology, Biochemistry or any Science-related courses (preferably Food Science).
Minimum Experience:
? 8-10 years relevant experience including at least 5 years in Water & Beverage industry positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
Job Descriptions:
? Oversees, verifies, reviews and controls the shift QA/QC/CO2/Micro/ food safety/ /labs and line activities that ensures on time delivery of accurate results on the Finished Product.
? Assess risks and eliminate hazards through implementation of HSE Standards to ensure a safe workplace without risk to health, also monitor and analyse HSE data as per ISO 25000 requirements.
? Assists the Quality Director in quality and food safety risk assessments; helps formulates and implements corrective and preventive actions. Verifies and validate specific CCPs and OPRPs ensuring within compliance.
? Ensures compliance to ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, SFDA, SASO, ISO25000, ISO14000, AIB & 5 S, HSE, GLP, WCM, Pure Beverage Best Practice Tools.
? Motivates QA/QC Team effectively through coaching and performance appraisal, provides refresher courses, and take the lead in troubleshooting using World Class tools (PDCA, 5-Whys, SPC, etc.)
? Implements the training requirement needs to develop the capabilities of the QA/AC employee.
