Landscape Specialist

1. Supervise implementation of landscaping works based on approved plan and
methodology.
2. Perform proper horticultural cultural practices needed to serve landscape project/s.
3. Read, implement and understand planting plan and analyze site to determine suitability and proper horticultural management of plants.
4. Monitor progress of project completion with respect to schedule and quality and quantity of installed materials
5. Monitor attendance and overtime of in-house personnel deployed in assigned inproject/s
6. Identify resources / materials needed in the project/s
7. Coordinate security, monitor and prepare reports for resources deployed in the project/s such as tools, utilities, construction equipment, consumables, project/s directmaterials (plants, trees, garden soil, etc.)
8. Evaluate accomplishment reports of suppliers/subcontractors.
9. Monitor and supervise supplier and subcontractors' scope of work and performance.
10. Attend meetings and coordinate project conc erns and prepare necessary reports needed in the meeting. Reports must be approved by direct supervisor. Must beaccompanied by direct supervisor if attending PTG meetings and Coordinationmeetings.
11. Maintain, update and seek approval of documents relevant tin performing the project scope of work (material approvals, RFIs, projects monitoring, master schedule, methodology, minutes of the meeting, and other pertinent documents)
12. Prepare and seek approval of project accomplishment reports
13. Perform other functions assigned by direct supervisor
14. Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of department and project.
15. Performs tasks in accordance with the processes in the company's QEHSMS Manual.
16. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications :
BS in Agriculture / Agricultural Technology / Civil Engineer
At least 1 year experience in the field of Landscaping works
with idea about soft scape and hardscape works.
