Landscape Architect

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management and coordination of all landscape architectural design projects;
Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates for land development, coordinating arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures. Confer with clients, engineering personnel, and architects on overall program;
Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs;
Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage;
Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and responsible in coordinating with clients and consultants;
Provides direction to production team and monitors the progress to meet deadlines for drawings produced;
Provides administrative and technical support to design and production team;
Proficient in Autocadd drafting and detailing in accordance with the established CADD standards of workmanship;
Able to interpret plans and engineering drawings correctly;
Experience in high rise residential and office buildings, retail, healthcare buildings, hospitality and mixed-use developments.
Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed/Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Landscape Architecture;
Professional License in Architecture is an advantage;
Must have at least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position specialized in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
