Unleash your energy within! Be a part of the EDC Team!Scope of Work1. Research and documentation of documents pertaining to land survey and mapping, titling, conversion, taxation, and valuation.2. Analysis and packaging of documents required for transfers of titles, judicial titling, correction of titles and land conversion.3. Coordination with the former owner/claimant for the execution of conditions indicated in the instrument of conveyance/ release of the owner's original copy of title4. Negotiate and coordinate with the Property owners in the event of absence of document (Title, Instrument of Conveyance)5. Inspection of properties in compliance with regulatory/government agencies requirements.6. Establish coordination/relationship with the government agencies concerned (DENR, LRA/ROD, DAR, LGU, etc.)7. Monitoring, assessment and evaluation of vendors'outputs/performance for land survey; titling services.
