Position: Korean VIP Concierge
Industry: Lifestyle Management Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: P 45,000 to P 65,000
Work Schedule: 11pm-8am Friday-Tuesday

Requirements
• Non- Native Fluent in both English and Korean language
• Native Korean fluent in English and with permanent visa
• At least high school graduate
• Customer service is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:
•Handle calls and emails from VIP Native Korean customers regarding lifestyle and personal management, Main responsibility is to assist VIP clients through email, chats and calls in booking flights, jet, concerts,
• Ensure to provide friendly and hospitable services in a timely manner.
• Build sustainable relationship with the clients.
• Responsible in delivering efficient and effective services.

1. Initial Interview - Filipino HR
2. Language Assessment - Korean HR
3. Typing Exam - In English and Korean language
4. Final Interview with Hiring Manager - English language
