Korean Speaking Sales Manager

We are a growing company specializing in selling earplugs to prevent ear damage from loud noise. Most of our customers are concert attendees and music festival ravers.

We are looking for a sales and recruiting manager to grow and manage their team of agents who will be selling earplugs where people need them the most in Korea.

Requirements

• Must be confident in English and Korean. Apply to this job in English.
• 1 years in sales
• 1 years in management
• Performance-driven, entrepreneurial attitude, and self starter
• Education in a Business or Marketing an asset
• Music enthusiast and good connections in the industry is a strong asset

Responsibilities

1. Hiring agents
2. Managing and scheduling agents
3. Researching events (concerts, large production clubs, raves, and music festivals) in South Korea
4. Track inventory and manage efficient product flow
5. Conducting product transfers if applicable
