Work Schedule: Dayshift weekends off
Job Duties:
•Support Digital Specialist Team for technical support/customer service account focused on medical/health products.
•Will do manual translations of medical terms. Translation will include the training modules, the process documents, product manuals, and everything else needed for support.
•Must be familiar on the features of the product and must be familiar to Korea Healthcare System
•Conduct specific training that touches on the Korean Health Care system
