Knowledge Management Associate

Job Description:
The Knowledge Management Associate is responsible for the management and implementation of enhanced Knowledge Management for more effective health leadership and governance by facilitating organization wide knowledge sharing, so that the Foundation’s knowhow, information and experience is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with partners and stakeholders, in a manner that ensures the achievement of the objectives set out in the Foundation’s strategic plan and adhering to its principles and approaches.


This position helps in the development of a learning, collaborative and outcome driven performance culture, both within the Institute and internal stakeholders, as well as between the Foundation and its partners, by creating, capturing, sharing and collaboration of data transfer to ensure intellectual capital is accessible.


The KM Associate ensures that content of knowledge repositories are current, relevant, iterative, and non duplicative.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate on the following courses: BS Library Science, Health related courses, preferably with earned unit in masters


Experience: At least two years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
