A Kitchen Head spots problem and resolves them quickly and efficiently, maintain a level head, and delegate many kitchen tasks simultaneously. He/she is expected to set a good example for the kitchen staff under his/her chain of command.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Hotel and Restaurant Management/Culinary or equivalent 4-year course
- At least one year experience in related fields
- Able to identify and solve problems
- Good interpersonal skills
