Kitchen Head - Cabanatuan

We are looking for anexperienced and creative Kitchen Head to lead our cloud kitchen team. TheKitchen Head will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations,managing staff, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high-quality standards.The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, and the ability tothrive in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities : Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet the highest quality standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations. Operational Oversight: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including order preparation, inventory management, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen at all times. Cost Management: Monitor and control kitchen expenses, including food and labor costs, to meet budget goals. Technology Integration: Collaborate with technology platforms to streamline order management, tracking, and delivery processes. Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to continually enhance the dining experience. Qualifications : Graduate of business administration or any culinary course With at least 3 years experience in a quick-service restaurant as a Restaurant Manager, Dining Manager or Kitchen Head Excellent command in GSuite (Google Sheets, Google Docs etc.) Strong leadership skills Analytical and keen to details Excellent communication skills both written and oral
