The Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager

What You’ll Do

Work with the team to achieve assigned sales targets and continuously review product roadmap to develop opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Work with the team to set up the business planning and execution cycle to ensure full potential can be realized from the country to meet the company’s aggressive growth plan and preparing sales presentations.

Increase account penetration/profitability/new product penetration and develop exceptional customer service by defined business measures.

Ensuring that all renewal contracts are negotiated to timescales that allow smooth continuity of product with minimum disruption to internal production.

Develop and provide sales MIS and analysis regularly to support sales managers as well as the Managing Director. Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales analysis and report to management.

Builds strong, loyal customer relationships within new and current portfolios of accounts. Continuously review our market position in the sector, including monitoring and reporting on competitive activity.

Develop extensive knowledge of customers’ businesses, their profit drivers, short/medium/long term objectives, and how we can help them achieve their goals through Solera solutions

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive service industry

Experiences in collision claims management in the automobile insurance sector is a plus

Experiences in the automotive repair sector, especially in Body & Paint repair sector is a plus

Skillful with Computer, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English. No need to be fluent in English but a good command of English is required for communication with regional and corporate colleagues (emails and conference calls, etc.)

Must have an outgoing and positive personality

Must work well with people and work well in a team

Patient, dedicated and goal-oriented

Self-motivated and self-disciplined

Ability to work in a pressured and fast-moving environment

Outstanding presentation skill

Willing and able to travel as required to accomplish the Mission.
